Job Description
As a Content Writer at AssetIntel, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our mission and supports our products. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to create content that educates, informs, and resonates with our target audience while adhering to brand voice and regulatory standards in the infrastructure and transportation sectors.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and edit content for various platforms including blog posts, product pages, brochures, case studies, white papers, newsletters, and social media.
- Technical Writing: Assist in creating clear and concise technical content related to asset management software, infrastructure inspection, and related services.
- Research: Research industry trends, regulatory changes (SNBI, FHWA), and competitive analysis to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and timely.
- SEO Optimization: Improve search engine rankings by applying SEO best practices across written content.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure content supports business objectives and is aligned with our product offerings.
- Proofreading and Editing: Review and polish content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Product Documentation: Help draft and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and tool user guides.
- Social Media Support: Assist with creating engaging and informative posts for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry developments and innovations in the bridge and infrastructure management sectors.

Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills focusing on clear, concise, and accurate communication.
- Experience or interest in technical writing related to infrastructure, engineering, or software products.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Ability to research and adapt complex technical information into accessible content.
- A basic understanding of asset management, bridge inspection processes (NBI/SNBI), or infrastructure management is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant writing experience preferably in a professional setting.
